By repeating affirmations regularly, you can rewire your thought patterns, replacing self-doubt and negativity with self-belief and positivity.
Positivity is incredibly important in the world of fertility. Maintaining a positive outlook and emotional well-being during whatever fertility journey you are on can have, well, a positive impact on both mental and physical health.
Stress, anxiety, and negative emotions can trigger hormonal imbalances. While it’s not a guarantee of conception, cultivating positivity can create an environment that’s more conducive to fertility and ultimately improve the overall experience of the journey.

How To Do Daily Affirmations
Let me start by saying, there is no wrong way to do your affirmations. But, if you feel stuck or need some help, here is a quick step-by-step guide to help you get started with your daily fertility affirmations:
STEP 1: Choose Affirmations that are Right for YOU
Take inspiration from a quick google search for ‘fertility affirmations’. My suggestion is to look for positive, encouraging words that speak to you. You could even create your own daily affirmations. I promise, as long as you stay positive, you can not pick the wrong words. ♥
STEP 2: Set a Routine
Consistency is key, so decide when and how often you’ll practice your affirmations. Most people find mornings and/or evenings to be the most effective times, because they help set a positive tone for the day or encourage relaxation before sleep. You can also repeat them throughout the day or whenever you feel the need for a positivity boost.
STEP 3: Find a Quiet Space (or Don't)
Choose a peaceful, quiet space where you can focus without distractions. Whether it’s a cozy corner in your home or a serene spot outdoors, make sure it’s a place where you feel comfortable and can fully engage with the affirmations.
Personally, I do mine in front of the mirror while I am getting ready with really loud music in the morning. Then at night when my husband is sleeping and I go to wash my face before bed. You do whatever works for you!!
STEP 4: Relax and Repeat
Take a moment and let go of any stress or tension. Deep breaths can help. The goal is to create a space in which the affirmations can have the most impact.
Speak the affirmations out loud or to yourself but speak them with intention and belief. It’s essential to truly feel the words and connect with their positive energy. You can also write them down in a journal or use visualization techniques to enhance their impact.
Some fun ways to sprinkle them in and help make a habit could be writing them on your bathroom mirror, sticky notes and place in your car (or anywhere), on the fridge, or write it down and use it as a bookmark. 🙂

Don't Knock it before you try it
It’s honest hour here and I have to say, when I first heard about affirmations and started reading different daily mantras, I thought, ‘this is so silly,’ but kept going.
As I read more and more affirmations, I kid you not, I started to feel so good inside, even comfortable and at ease. Wow! That was a feeling that I hadn’t felt in so long. Lately, it had just been let down after let down and it was just natural for me to be borderline pessimistic.
